Parents booking my services in advance of their child’s start date will be asked to pay a deposit representing one months anticipated fees to guarantee their place. This deposit will be deducted from the first invoice and is non refundable if the place is not taken up. Parents who do not wish to pay a deposit must accept that I can not hold places indefinitely and that their child’s space may be given to someone else in the meantime.
